123DOC WEBSITE LOGIN PROBLEMS

If this doesn't look like what you are looking for, you can skip to our

advanced browser settings FAQ

Introduction

Almost all problems with logging in to the 123Doc website can be solved by using this page.

If you are still experiencing problems having read the whole page, please contact 123Doc via email: customersupport@123doc.com. Our response will be prompt and in any case within one working day (excluding weekends).

Please do not telephone 123Doc to report a login problem, except in the very unusual situation where you have sent an email but have not received a reply within one working day.

How to Log In

To log in to the 123Doc website, click on 'LOG IN / OUT' in the menu and then click on 'Log In' in the pop-up menu which appears. You will be prompted for your username and password.

Your username is the email address that you used to register with the 123Doc Website. Your password is either the password that was displayed on the screen (and also emailed to you) when you registered, or your own password if you subsequently changed your password using the 123Doc website.

Common Mistakes

Entering your username and password

You must enter your username and password exactly as they appear in the confirmation email that was sent to you after you registered on the 123Doc website. You must enter your full email address, for example johnsmith@hotmail.com; johnsmith alone is not sufficient.

If you have never received a confirmation email from 123Doc, you may have entered your email address incorrectly during the registration process. You should attempt to request a new password (here is a link to Recover Your Password); if your username is not found an error message will be output to the screen asking you to re-register.

WorldPay

If you have paid for an online course, lecture course or book using the 123Doc website and WorldPay, you will have been sent another username/password combination by WorldPay. These are entirely separate from your 123Doc username and password, and should be used only if accessing the WorldPay site to review your purchases.

Your password is not the same as any Subscription Key that you may have been given. Please see 'Entering a Subscription Key' below.

Recovering Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, or if your username and password are not accepted by the 123Doc Website when you attempt to log in, here is a link to Recover Your Password. Enter your username (email address) into the box on the screen and click 'Proceed'. A new password will be sent to your email address.

If you are sent a new password and still cannot log in using this new password, please ensure that you are entering the new password correctly (and not confusing letters with numbers, e.g. 'I' with '1' or 'O' with '0'). If you are sure that you are entering your username and password correctly, please email support@123doc.com to report the problem.

Entering a Subscription Key

If you have been given a Subscription Key by 123Doc, and you have registered with the 123Doc website (and therefore have a 123Doc username and password), you can enter the key by clicking on 'ENTER SUBSCRIPTION KEY' in the menu (once you have logged in). You should then be able to access the relevant online course by going to your account and choosing the exam and study method of your choice.

If you have been given a Subscription Key but have not registered with the 123Doc Website, please register by clicking on 'Register Here' in the menu, then follow the instructions in the previous paragraph.

Problems with Subscription Keys

Note that you only need to enter your Subscription Key once. For future visits to the 123Doc website, simply log on using your 123Doc username and password.

If your Subscription Key is not accepted, please ensure that you are not confusing letters with numbers (e.g. 'I' with '1' or 'O' with '0').

Reporting Problems

If you have read this page in full and are still unable to solve your problem, please email webmaster@123doc.com, quoting your 123Doc username (email address) and the exact nature of your problem.

If your problem is found to be caused by an error on our behalf, please note that it will not be possible to compensate you in any way if the problem is not reported promptly (within two days).
