   Enumerate 4 indications for AORTIC valve repalcement in an ASYMPTOMATIC aortic atenosis ?

   Hi Surgery in aortic stenosis is based on symptoms except for
   1. Rapid declining left ventricular function
   2. Very severe left ventricular hypertrophy
   3. Pressure gradient of> 80mm across the valve
   4. Valve area <0.7sqcm
