Subscription not working!!! No response from 123 Doc!!

Hi ,
I have paid for a 123doc subscription for the upcoming MRCPCH 1b and a number of features are not working at all!! I can't do any mock exam and then review my answers as it doesn't save any of them or show me any feedback to the questions, and my performance isn't being tracked.
I have emailed 123doc, messaged on the helpdesk twice and posted and privately messaged on Facebook.
This is appalling service and I need it to be sorted asap and I need to discuss getting a full/partial refund.
Is anyone else having a problem with 123doc just not being contactable.
123doc please contact me asap!!!!!
