housejob after plab 2

   hi,
   Could anyone let me know about the procedure to apply for the 1 year :?: housejob after plab 2 for whose students who have completed their 1 year housejob in their own country and they are not eligible to apply in the foundation programme.
   I shall be thankful if anyone let me know about it.

   Hi,
   The best time to apply for yr 1 level is when rest of jobs are advertised & mostly filled by UK graduates. Presently there were loads of F1 jobs available as standalone even for those who have completed JHO in their own countries.
   Keep your eyes open for such jobs !!!
   I dont know where abouts are you otherwise i should have helped you out !!!

   i am a fresh garduate from pakistan havnt done house job in my country now i have two options
   either to complete my house job from my own country
   or
   go for foundation programme for which i can apply in 2010 and that wil start in 2011 which is 3 years from now
   do i have any other option and wat r the job prospects if i do house job from my own country as compared to foundation programe
   can any body plz guide me regarding this i wil realy b thnkful
