quality of questions

   This course (for MRCPCH) seems to be heavily weighted with questions on immunology, and there is an excess of MRCP questions. It is advertised as being for MRCPCH.....

   have no idea at all, maybe you should contact them directly?
   I have great kudos about the course though, i know quite a few people who have passed their exams studying from it
